Minimal emissions

Significantly lower emissions than in conventional construction—while maintaining maximum speed: Thanks to prefabrication, emissions on the construction site are minimal, as is the amount of packaging. An optimal environmental footprint.

We’ll get it done: Noise, dust, delays, and many other construction-related uncertainties are now a thing of the past.

Maximum flexibility

Our buildings can be expanded, raised, relocated, and/or demolished at any time as needed. This allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to user-specific renovations.

Optimal recyclability

Nearly 70% of our projects are still being used today exactly as they were on day one. But this doesn’t necessarily mean at their original location. About 30% of our projects have been incorporated into new projects — either in their entirety or in parts. Nearly all of the building materials used can be reused. Excellent recyclability with minimal environmental risks.
