3-story bed ward building constructed using a modular design
The building is a three-story modular ward block with a total gross floor area of 2,045 square meters. It consists of a total of 30 modules. The wards comprise 53 rooms, plus hallway and stairwell areas, and can accommodate up to 99 beds.
The modular building includes the following functional areas: Each floor features patient rooms (2- and 3-bed rooms), a nursing station with a utility room, a social/lounge area with a kitchenette, a storage room, as well as doctors’ offices and examination rooms, and a waiting area. The stairwell is equipped with two patient lifts.
